I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness center at Four Points By Sheraton Queretaro Norte. The equipment was modern and functional, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine. It was nice to have a space where I could exercise without feeling crowded, although I did wish for a bit more privacy since access didn't require room keys.

The room features at the hotel were quite satisfactory. My spacious penthouse suite included a refrigerator, microwave, and ample living space which made my stay feel more like home. I was particularly impressed with the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured I had restful nights after long days. It truly enhanced my overall experience.

The standout for me was the attentive service from Susana during breakfast, who ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day right. It was a great way to fuel up before heading out to explore.

During my lengthy stay, I appreciated the business facilities provided by the hotel. The seamless WiFi connection was a major plus, allowing me to work comfortably from my room or at the lobby area. They even offered complimentary drinks at certain times, which was a thoughtful gesture that added to the convenience of managing my work from there.
